Luca was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay in Paris perfect (for example he went the extra mile in helping us get my backpack back which I had forgotten in the taxi on our arrival day) The apartment was very comfortable and the amenities were all modern and clean. Everything was as good and as clean as it seemed online. And the location is perfect! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Paris."

"The Great flat is really Great Flat. The owner Luca is very great, he informs us about everything, he showed us everything upon arrival, he is willing. You will not miss anything in Great flat. It is very well equipped, modern, clean. The kitchen is excellently equipped, super Italian coffee directly from the coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, stove... everything you need in the kitchen. The bathroom is clean, large, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer... you even have a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board... availability near the center, metro station La Republic one street. I have nothing to complain about, everything was great. I recommend and for sure, when I visit Paris again, I will only come to Luca :)"

"The location was very convenient to the Metro, which we used every day. We also liked being in a neighborhood where real Parisians live, with not too many crowds. St. Martin Canal was neat to walk along. Luca was a friendly and helpful host. He even mailed a car key back to us, which we accidentally left there. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. We also felt the building was very safe and secure."

"Alles, die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Zu viert hat man gut Platz. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in der Nähe von der Ubahnstation, mit Sicht zu einer Grünanlage, und absolut ruhig in der Nacht. Außerdem ist Luca sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit."
